So, Great News! The "Three Ladies" have been installed in their new home, the restored Tramways building in downtown Port Elizabeth. What an important project this was for me 5 years ago as a young artist. Plus! it also lead to our first collaboration and the eventual formation of the Glass Collective...go us! Amanda Snyman, Lorinda Pretorius, Nompumezo Gubevu and Anva Chiazzari

And also, many thanks to all involved in making the installation a success! Roland and the "A Team" from the NMMU

Here are some of the ideas i have been working with over the last few months, I am excited to see where things go. Possibly in a whole new direction! All initiated by my amazing experience at Northlands Creative Glass in Lybster, Scotland.

"Grandchildren" a sculptural labour of love.  A figurine style portrait of the four family grandchildren as a gift. I love being a part of such lovely stories. Cast glass, lost wax technique approx. 25cm wide by 20cm high

After more than a year of work, Zane Langer from IronWood works and myself successfully installed the last pair of stained glass windows into St Nicholas, Redhouse, Port Elizabeth. Happy Days!
